I’ve been super chill about wedding planning in general. I know something will go wrong and I’m a “roll with the punches” kind of girl so it will be fine. I’ve also had a lot of stuff to keep my mind off the wedding and on other things recently. However…now that we are TWO days out and getting married on Saturday, I’m getting those “pre wedding nerves” people kept on telling me about and I’m just kind of anxious/nervous/excited for the day. I am very excited, but I’m also realizing just how big this event is going to be! I’m not nervous about marrying my fiance; he is such a fantastic man and honestly is one of the most loyal, caring, loving men I’ve ever met. It’s the standing up in front of 200 people and saying our vows that’s getting my nerves. I know they’re all there for us and it will be a wonderful day…I just want these stupid nerves to go away! I’ve kept myself so busy with other stuff on purpose but now that my work stuff is put on hold until we get back from our mini honeymoon and all my appointments are pretty much done…HOLY CRAP THIS IS HAPPENING!

seriously everything is going to be fine, you will marry your Fiance in front of the most important people in your lives and the love that will surround you in a couple days will be amazing.
everything will fall into place and turn out wonderfully. i really think when you’re standing in front of everyone the only person you will see if your Fiance. Take it all in stride and most importantly think of how much fun you’ll have after the vows too!

Congrats, lady!! 🙂 the nervousness will go away. Just try to slow the day down as much as possible, it’ll be over before you know it (or so I’ve heard haha).

Thanks ladies! I know you are right and there really isn’t anything to worry about. I think just the nature of it being the biggest party I’ve ever thrown in my life is getting to me! Haha.

ljm308: Lol, what pp said! You’re making ME nervous! 😛
I’m getting married a week from today and just realized it last night. Like my brain just stopped and was like ‘only a week?!?” I feel like it just crept up on me and it’s here al of a sudden. But from what everyone has been telling me, the day of will go by super fast – you won’t even know that people are there, you’ll be so focused on the officiant and your groom – and you won’t remember anything, so try to take it slow and just enjoy the day. Also, make sure to eat something before the wedding starts – anything – just have something in your stomach to help your nerves! 🙂
