We have two Nest Thermostats in our house and love them.  They look nice plus I love being able to control our homes temp while I am away via the phone.

We were going to get Nest, but our Heating and Air tech advised against it.  He stated many clients had issues with them, so we went with Honeywell.  We also had friends who had issues with the Nest thermostats in their newly constructed home, and they had to return them and purchase another brand. We can still control both of our units remotely with the Honeywell app (We have two units, one for upstairs and one for downstairs).

I have the Honeywell Wifi Thermostat and really like it too.  (the nicer one with the color screen).  I think it has all the features of nest (wifi control with an app and fully programable and learning) and cost a bit less.

We have a Nest, and also have their smoke alarm/CO2 detector. I like knowing what temp it is, and being able to adjust from my phone.

I’ve worked with clients who have installed Nest- and they really don’t like it. It may have been the user but…. with how many people I heard complain I would go with a different brand. As a PP suggested Honeywell seems to do well as a replacement for these clients.

I love my Nest and everyone I know that has one loves there’s too! It’s so convenient and is great at remembering preferences so I am always comfortable.. Morning, noon or night!

We have it and love it- my husband is obsessed.  He checks it all the time.  It is so easy to control when you are away.  It will even control our aprilaire (making it fool proof), tell us if our power is on when we are away, and we can put it on a heat/cool mood that will automatically go between heat and ac.  The honeywell one can’t be hooked up to an aprilaire.  It is great to be able to control that on my phone and have to worry about dripping walls, while getting the benefit of a non-humid environment.  Plus lots of gas and energy companies will give you a rebate for it, which will cover the majority of the cost.

We had one in our condo and loved it. We plan to upgrade our current thermostats in our new home to Nest again. Never had any issues with it and love how intuitive they are. Also, I think they look nice.

Love ours and love using the app to set/change the temps. Sleek and unassuming, pretty nifty 🙂

I love ours and have never had any problems with it.  It’s so nice to be able to adjust temp before you get home or after you leave.
