The person who unsettled me most in the whole thing was Doc. He’s there running his little harem/cult, and no doubt being involved in all the shady crap that everyone else was. I cringed every time he was on screen.

I’m so confused about the last interview of the “hitman”. Why was he in a bathtub?

I also found interesting the things they chose to leave out of the documentary that could have made Carole seem more sympathetic. They showed an industrial meat grinder instead of her small hand-crank one, while she was talking about the rumours that she groung up her husbands remains and fed him to the tigers (hers most certainly couldn’t grind human remains). They didn’t show any footage of her when she was upset nearer the time of her husbands disappearence. They didn’t mention the numerous sightings of him that have happened in Costa Rica, which was the reason the police physically went there. Now, I still think she probably killed him, but the documentary makers certainly wanted it to seem as though there’s no question that she did it.

And who sings Joe’s songs? Because that voice is definitely not him!
