I ordered a dress from dido bridal and they delivered the dress incorrectly (color and size). I complained to them and they were forcing me to buy the dress anyway rather than refund me the money! It took over two months for them finally to refund me the money after I mentioned to them tha I would involve my lawyer for not being transparent on their website in regards to the refund terms.
My suggestion is DO NOT buy from them. Quality is awful and all what they want is your money. [comment moderated for snark] – Kapi
