I have to say I am thoroughly HORRIFIED with the customer service I received from efavormart.com.
I will be honest and say I went with them for the chargers at my wedding simply because of the pricing but, WOW, talk about bad mistake.
I placed an order for charger plates to use at my wedding on 3/2, got an email on 3/4 that my items had shipped, and got an email less than 24 hours ago that ALL the items were on back order.
The customer service representative that I chatted with was not very helpful and when I cancelled my order and asked for a confirmation email I was told to use the chat transcript instead. Perhaps if I wasn’t the one who had to ask for refund details and timing it would have made a difference but all I got was a very indifferent interaction.
Telling me “Thank you for visiting. Happy Shopping!’ DOESNT CUT IT! Shame on your company.
I posted on their Facebook wall and I am methodically going through all the wedding websites I joined during my planning stages to warn other brides to be.
Save yourself the hassle and go with a more reputable company.
