I like the one you chose to go with. My fiance is not a fan of one shoulder dresses either, I think that’s probably where the cave man comment came from, but I like the dresses you chose. I think they’ll look great ๐

And to answer the questions: the dress is from Jacob, but only certain stores carry the line (I was told that we only have four ‘high volume’ stores in all of Toronto).
There’s a huge height difference between the girls, so I’ll let them pick their own shoes. My colors are ivory, soft peach/pink, and burgendy, so I’m thinking of doing accessories (shoes, bracelet, maybe hairpiece) in burgendy ๐

I can see a guy saying that or seeing that but I LOVE the dresses, they are beautiful. Don’t have a second of regret!

I like the dress you chose. Has he seen the model pictures of the dress? I think once he sees them all done up with their hair makeup etc he wont think of it as a caveman dress.

I agree, second one looks like a robe. I get where he was coming from with the first one too, it reminds me a little of the fabulous Wilma Flintstone, especially in bare feet (probably what he’s thinking, boys and cartoons, lol) but (obviously) modern and soft and fluttery. If the girls like ’em keep ’em!

ahahahhaa oh man my dad TOTALLY called the one shoulder Bridesmaid or Best Man dress I am looking into a “Tarzan dress” so I totally know how you feel but HELLO its ruffley and lays beautifully and has a frilly shoulder accent AND WILL BE IN PINK!
The prob is guys
a) don’t usually think a lot before they speak
b) don’t know what they’re words do to us girls
and c) have very little patience for female fashion
Go with the first one… its lovely and I’m sure your girls love it too!

I hate to use this word. But dress 2 really makes it look like there is a gunt, even on the bust.
