Some wedding venues will offer you a day-of coordinator included in your wedding cost.

I don’t know of any free planners. You might want to check with people you know, and see if in lieu of a wedding gift they would help you plan.

I have a free wedding planner- it’s called the hive =)

Other than that, I don’t see where you would get one unless your venue offers it

Welcome πŸ™‚

I sincerely doubt that you’ll find a good, reputable wedding planner that costs nothing. Wedding planners aren’t doing it for fun, it’s their job, and you know what they say, if you’re good at something never do it for free! πŸ™‚

There are some good books that give you tips though, and this site is really helpful. I think most of us are planning our own weddings, and I think some bees on this site are wedding planners, so maybe have a read through some of their posts and see what advice you can get from them πŸ™‚

@Ellie_lw:  I think you mean a book or online check-list… not a person who plans weddings. Am I right?

If that’s the case… you could try The Knot for an online thing. I think Bed Bath & Beyond has one too. If you’re looking for something in print- most Bridal Magazines have one included. Martha Stewart Weddings’ one is pretty inclusive.
