@Leopardess:  I would check out etsy. If you don’t see what you like, if you find a designer you like, most accept custom orders!

For example, you could ask this designer if he would make it half-eternity and in yellow gold! http://www.etsy.com/listing/84856556/vintage-style-18k-white-gold-diamond?ref=sr_gallery_21&ga_search_query=blue++diamond+eternity&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_ship_to=US&ga_search_type=handmade

Like this, but with yellow gold and the blue diamonds. http://www.etsy.com/listing/94540328/engraved-art-deco-style-half-way-diamond

My ring came from zales… If they don’t carry it on yellow gold in the store I think you can ask for it and they will order it in the yellow… I think same goes for places like kays…

@Leopardess:  Just check a seller’s reviews before you buy… most sellers have great reviews (98%-100% positive) and you can contact a seller to ask about a product or a custom idea no obligation! I have bought a lot of things on etsy, I’m in love with it!). Can’t hurt to ask if what you’re looking for can be achieved, and oftentimes, it’s cheaper than Kay’s because each designer doesn’t have to pay for a store facility, advertising, etc.

Most stores you go into will order you any color gold you want if you find a setting that you like. They want the sale and if they make you happy they will get a future customer as well.

I’m with JustLove25:  Gemvara is a great site if you have specific metal & stone preferences, because you can customize one or both for any of their rings.  That’s where Fiance & I are getting our bands.  I was a little concerned about ordering our rings off the Internet instead of going into a store where we could try them on, but Gemvara has really great reviews for their quality, customer service, and sizing/re-sizing services, all of which put my mind more at ease.

They have a variety of bands that allow for 2 different stone choices, like the Victoria Band (shown in diamond & blue topaz):  http://www.gemvara.com/Customized/jewelry/v/787739/

Diamonds are available in a few colors, but I haven’t seen blue among them; they *do* have blue sapphire, tanzanite, iolite, & blue topaz available on many/most of their gemmed rings, and blue tourmaline on some others.
