Are there any creative bees out there who can suggest some games? Everything I find seems a little been there done that… I’m trying to think of any fun games that fit more with my personality/interests like something with celebrity couples or fashion? Please share!

Match the celebrity couple? This might be a little tough since it’s always changing! Match the disney movie couple, or if there is a quote from each movie?
Have people draw your wedding dress, what they think it will look like and the closest person wins.

At my sister’s shower this weekend I have a “Guess the ‘Happily Ever After’ Couple” game planned. The theme of the shower is Happily Ever After, so it fits well. When each guest arrives they will get a name tag on their back with a “Happily Ever After” couple, and they have to talk to the other guests to figure out who they are. The couples are from real-life (Prince William & Kate Middleton, Tom Hanks & Rita Wilson) or the movies or books. I thought it would be a fun ice breaker for those who don’t know each other and a fun game that fits with the theme!

The biggest hit game I did at my best friends shower was “who has the groom?” – it was hysterical!!

the wedding alphabet game
You make a spreadsheet with letters A to Z and you have to list everything wedding related for ex:
And so on and so on
They have scratch off games that are wedding related. There is also a game where you the host gives you a list of items that could be in your purse and whoever has the most wins.

We played a great game at a shower I threw but i don’t remember the name of it. It was hi-larious!
You ask the groom questions ahead of time (what’s your favorite outfit the bride wears, if she were any superhero who would she be…get as creative as you want – travel, family, kids, quirks, etc.). The idea is to see how well she knows him and what he loves about her (i can try to find the questions we asked. We passed around a bowl with slips of paper that had the questions and answers on it and guests asked the questions.
For each question she gets wrong. She has to put a piece of gum in her mouth – but not like Trident or extra…the giant obnoxios pieces of double bubble 🙂 we mixed some kind of obscure questions with pretty basic ones so it was Super fun.
