I like wearing them new without being washed.

I feel like they feel less new after being washed!

I always wash, first of all because people are dirty even the people at the plant that package it, but also because I want to make sure something doesn’t happen in the wash that requires me to have to beg the store to return it.

I feel like clothes are never the same after you wash them. Underwear is about the only thing I wash before wearing.

I have to wash everything first, otherwise I get hives 🙁  I’ve actually gotten hives from trying on clothes at the store…no fun!

I always wash items before wearing them.  You have no idea what could have gotten on them before purchasing.

Packaging material leaves residue behind as well.

Wash first.  I’m terrified of germs!

I always wash undergarments/bathing suits, but not usually other clothes. So far I’ve lived to tell the tale. 😉

If it’s a cardigan or something like that I might not, but anything that touches my skin gets washed.  Eeewww.  Who knows what’s in the air on and on people’s hands at the factory in Singapore, or Taiwan.  My soon to be in-laws are Taiwanese and very Americanized and even they don’t have the same, um, hygenic standards I do.

I always wash before wearing because I don’t like the way new clothes smell.  I think they spray some kind of anti-wrinkle chemical on new clothes before shipping, and it stinks to me.  I like the smell of Downy fabric softener.

I always wash first before wearing! Just got some new tank tops this weekend and washed them today so I could wear them 🙂

I always wash underwear, swimsuits and socks first but other stuff I usually don’t wash. Sometimes I may wash jeans b/c I feel like they fit better after being washed.

I never wash new clothes.  Never has crossed my mind.
