I ordered a loose NEO moissanite from them last month because they offer deals on their stuff frequently, but I should’ve read the return policy better (or at all, lol) because your refund is X – $20 shipping and 15%, which is a store credit instead of an actual restocking fee. I guess I banked on loving the stone and because it was on sale, I didn’t bother to look. 

They were pretty responsive with me, so I’d order from them again if I were 100% sure about my purchase, but I’m likely going in a different direction. 

Also, I didn’t see a big announcement or anything, but MoissaniteCo. also has their own brand of stones they just released this week.

amelia90 :  don’t know if it’s just the lighting but it looks so dark/purple kind of like the older moissy.
