I hear ya, really I do. You are however talking to a bee that has two Ipods and never uses either one of them (one remains unopened).
I switched over to an Android phone…what more does the world demand of me?

Depends on what you’re going to be doing. DH has a Macbook Pro and LOVES it. That thing is a tank and has survived it’s share of abuse. My Macbook finally died a few months ago after having it for 6-7 years. We’re going to be getting me the new Air in a few months. For what I use a laptop for, the Air is perfect. I’d say for basic day to day use, an Air would more than suffice and you can’t beat the price tag!
DH and I both have iPad2’s and we already preordered the new iPad (DH HAS to have it on launch! lol). The device has honestly changed my life. Having virtually everything that you could possibly need in tablet form is pretty cool if you ask me. It’s also great for traveling. We brought our iPads with us on our Honeymoon and it was so nice to have that connection to the outside world.
Tablets are definitely not a necessity in most peoples lives but since having one, I could never go back to not having one. I love it THAT much. It’s one of those things that you can’t really understand until you have one.

I was the type of person that told everyone I would NEVER buy an Apple product. I didn’t even purchase an iPod. I chose a cheap mp3 player. Anyways, I wasn’t introduced to an Apple product until Fiance insisted I buy my macbook instead of paying for another lappytappy from Dell, HP, etc. I gave it a whirl and holy crap, I love it. He then bought me an iPhone a few months later. I’m now addicted. No idea why, but it’s beautiful technology. Hahaha.
Treejewel19: I’m not typing this to make you go run out to buy Apple products or change your mind. I’m just relating in a way where I used to be against it. Everyone has their own opinions, wants, and needs. =) It’s nice to be different.
