After 10 years of marriage (married young and broke), the plain silver band that I have worn as a wedding ring (no e-ring, I didn’t particularly care for one at the time) though loved, was sufficiently beat up, misshapen, and scratched as to allow for the purchase of a new set.
I went with a 6.5mm blue sapphire stone w/ halo & pave band from MoCo (thanks to you bees). Here it is on a size 4 finger. In this cold weather, the ring is spinning around on my finger like crazy. I have large knuckles though, and can’t reasonably size down. I hope that it will fit perfectly when it’s above freezing.
Just as all the ladies say, the pictures really can’t do it justice. It is so beautifully made, sparkly, and the sapphire is just gorgeous. Me likey.

Thank you all ladies! I’ve just been sitting here staring at it for the last 45 minutes.
I’m thinking about adding a sapphire eternity band to the bottom. I’m obsessed lol 😉

coach78: Oh my gosh that is so gorgeous, congratulations. Looks perfect on your hand. Please can you post more photos? I’d particularly like to see the side profile.
If the spinning bothers you, maybe consider getting two sizing beads? I’ve heard those can prevent spinning without causing a problem with the knuckle size.
