@hiheel: It’s important to note that we live in Florida, where it’s very common to dive, and that diving is our extended lifestyle. As in, every weekend thing; every vacation, etc. And our dive friends are our extended family, and they were part of the fun.
We had a group trip to the Keys, he planned it from start to finish, right under my nose (I will say, we’re older and have been together long enough that we knew we’d be married eventually, but in no particular rush….)
He planned a dive with all our friends, complete with photog buddies….:
So, that’s us. (And just in case the question comes up, I’m different enough to enjoy an underwater proposal, but no way would I go for an underwater wedding. I have -some- normal in me 🙂 ).

come over to tampa… there’s alfred angelo. jon’s bridal (it’s a warehouse shop like david’s but with brands that aren’t only specific to one store). there’s brides by demetrios. cici’s boutique. call around. i went to all these places and able to try on dresses. sure they weren’t always able to zip them up, but i could get a good idea and be able to decide if i wanted to order.
