(Closed) New to Weight Watchers Online, need some tips please!

Are you sure you are calculating your points correctly? Your menu does’t seem like its 40+ points. Here is a normal menu for me, and I get 32 points:

Breakfast: Low sugar maple oatmeal, coffee w/ skim milk

Lunch: Turkey on a spinach wrap with lettuce, tomatoes and onions; 20 mini pretzels, 1 yogurt

Snack: 1-2 pieces of fruit (usually orange, apple, or banana)

Dinner: Salad with 1tbls, italian dressing and 2 oz. avacado; grilled marinated chicken, small baked potatoe, 1/2tbls. lite spread

Snack: 1/2 c. frozen yogurt

Are you measuring everything? My food scale has saved my life. It also doesn’t seem like youre getting enough fruits, veggies and dairy. All of that is really important. Good luck!!!

@nickels: I got mine from the weight watchers store, but you can get them anywhere. It doesnt have to be weight watchers brand. Target, Walmart, etc. I use it to measure meat, potatoes…pretty much everything that I cant measure in a measuring cup 🙂
