Joining the TWW… so many more days to go for me!! My period is due 9/3, but I will probably test two days early on Thursday 9/1, because I am going out of town that wekeend without my husband, and I don’t think I could wait until I get back.

My back story… we got pregnant our first cycle in April/May. I miscarried (had D&C) at 10 weeks iN June. I had to wait about 4 weeks to get my period, and then I had to wait for another full cycle, before we could start trying.

So after that, my cycle started in the beginning of August and now I’m in the TWW. Technically cycle 2 of trying, but fifth month of trying after a very emotional time.

I charted after going off BC to avoid, and then to achieve once we started TTC. I sort-of charted this past cycle. I took temps most days and looked at CM, but did not go crazy with a down to the minute chart, like I had done in past months. I just wasn’t ready to get THAT involved, and I have been pretty regular. I basically have 28-29 day cycles. Right after the D&C, it was 31, which is “pretty normal” considering everything. If this month did not work, then I think I will go back to super-detailed charting next month.

@kewaters: So frustrating! Here’s to the next cycle.

@WiLLowTreE: I’m “due” (And I say that loosely, since with my irregular cycles there is hardly ever an exact time) on Friday – that would make 14 DPO so I’m going with that.

@Lindsay05: We ARE the same this month! I am CD33 and 12-13DPO today with no sign of AF yet.

SO IRRITABLE.

after never having heartburn almost my whole life, I have had heartburn for the 2nd morning in a row.  Not gonna lie. Kindof excited.

But also not going to pee on a stick yet. I think I’m 12 DPO, but I had some low temps in there….maybe I sleep with my mouth open sometimes?   Still pretty new at charting.

Been feeling a little bit like mild crampy feelings down there, similar to maybe going to get AF, both last night and mildly during the day today.  These are the most exciting days of the TWW, so I had to share it!

ohhh my freaking goodness! I’m shaking right now…

I got my 25 Wondfo pregnancy test strips in the mail today so after eating ALL of my dinner at a mexican restaurant and then randomly crying because Pat Summitt has dementia (kind of random I don’t even watch basketball) I took one of the tests… Is this a positive?!!! My husband has already cried to I hope you guys think it is…

@WiLLowTreE:  Yes!  That totally looks like a positive.  I am 9DPO and just for a control I took a test today. It was negative and did not have a second line like yours.  I know the chances of getting a positive on 9DPO is slim to none but I had heard the Wondfo strips can be so light it can be like viewing an eye twisting poster.  haha I wanted to have something to compare it to.  Take another test in the morning to be certain and then I would call your doc.  Congratulations!

Ahhhhh! Thank you ladies!!! I just drank a bunch of water and did another one and it was positive too! I think I’m going to cry again. Everything is making me cry!

I don’t know how I’m going to keep this to myself for 12 weeks!

I want to get a digital test and take it just to reassure myself. Do you have to wait until after your period is due for it to be accurate?

@Lindsay05: Well I really haven’t had that many. I noticed last Wednesday-Thursday that I was cramping and I had lower back pain. It was pretty intense for about 2-3 days. I usually don’t have those symptoms until the day before my period. I still have the cramping just not as bad & I’ve have also been crazy hungry and emotional.

@miss.skinner: I am approximately 12 dpo. This was my second month using the cbefm and I  had peak days the 10th and 11th. So I counted the 12th as 1dpo. Not sure if that’s 100% correct since I dont chart and you can ovulate anywhere from 12-36 hours after a peak… just a guestimation.

Thanks so much! I’ve still got my fingers crossed for you guys!

@ms sweets: Thank you! DH and I are over the moon! I’m so nervous that something might go wrong though! Hopefully it will be an easy and healthy pregnancy. =)
