I hated Kleinfeld.

Had the best overall experience at Lovely Bridal (ALMOST bought from them, they had my second and third choices there though)

Ultimately bought from RK Bridal due to the sheer number and availability of dresses. We spent an entire morning at RK going through EVERY SINGLE dress and it was really helpful to narrow down what styles were catching my eye. Don’t go here unless you have a good idea of what you want though, it’s really easy to be overwhelmed.

I first went to Pronovias which had some very pretty dresses at different price points. I also went to Wedding Atelier and bought my dress there! Ive been very pleased with the customer service and alterations department so far!

Also, I know people who have gone to RK Bridal and have found dresses at really good prices. However, that store is more like a “factory setup” meaning there are tons and tons of racks of dresses and you kind of have to go in having some idea of what you may want.

I personally loved RK bridal because they have the most designers under one roof so definitely helps that you can try on a variety of dresses, but also more likely that they will have the dress that you would want.

I gravitated toward Stella york dresses as an exxample and other smaller stores either didn’t have it or a very small selection while RK had many dresses, also others of course for comparison.

They don’t take appointments though so I would recommend only if you can go at an off peak time like during the day or morning rather on weekdays.

Good luck ūüôā

I had an awful experience at kleinfelds and would never recommend them. I loved pronovias and Vera wang and ended up getting my gown from vw.

If you are going to look at Kleinfleds or Vera feel free to skip RK Bridal. ¬†This is the most disgusting place and would never recoomend it to anyone. I have never been treated so poorly at a retail store let alone somehwhere ¬†I was wiling to spend thousands of dollars. The merchandise is filthy, you are forced to find your own dress amongst the racks and they limit you to 4 dresses. ¬†No help, no class, worst staff, and no money from me. My salesperson¬†told me, ” I’m supposed to be going hoem but hey are making me help you” ¬†Are you kidding me? ¬†And when i told the owenr this she said , “Well what do you want me to tell you. ¬†Would you like to come back?”

¬†I went to Kleinfleds, ¬†a few small boutiques and ended up at Pronovias where I bought my dress. ¬†I am an older bride and while I may not have the spirit of “OMG it’s MY WEDDING” attitude, I still expect to be treated with dignity and respect. ¬†Neither of which is available at RK. ¬†
