Good luck, everyone here is really helpful 🙂

Have you got a planner?  I can’t imagine long-distance planning is possible without one.  Will bump up the cost, but I assume you wont be able to do a lot of vendor visits.

Yeah I would second hiring a planner, but that would use a substantial part of your budget. If you are doing it at a park (i.e. free) and are willing to go with a lower end caterer (mexican food, BBQ, etc), you can probably stay within your budget but that will be tough in San Diego!! If I were you, I would cut the guest list to around 50 people and try to up the budget a little bit since you have plenty of time to save. You have a long time still, so I wouldn’t start booking anything until next August at the earliest. I’ve never heard anything about powerhouse park, sorry!
