I’ve been waiting for this day to come since forever and now I think I’m having ring regret so need advice ASAP. He let me pick my ring because come on its a huge investment, problem is I chose the ring before even trying it on because I was confident it was the one now I don’t know if I’m really happy. Its been less than a month so we still have time to exchange if needed. I chose the Rose Gold halo which I felt like was a risk oppose to choosing the more common platinum halo. Should I keep my unique rose gold halo or just go with the usual white ring?this is the one im thinking of switching it to.
This is my current rose gold halo

I like the rose gold better, but I’m biased because my ring has a rose gold basket and my wedding ring is rose gold. I think the rose gold looks great with your skin color.

I luuuuuuurv the rose gold.
If I were in your shoes, with all the nuance of the circumstance, I think I would base my decision on which looked better on my hand/with my skin tone. Because ‘what I like’ tends to be really turbulent sometimes, if I go with what looks *good* on me, that’s something I can always rely on, rather than trends or how I may be influenced at the moment.

I love the rose gold. It adds a touch of uniqueness to a very common style.

I am traditional and would go platinum…over the years, I have seen people get sick of rose gold and yellow gold, but I haven’t seen anyone regret platinum

They are both gorgeous! I actually really like the rose gold but do what your heart tells you! You won’t go wrong with either one 🙂

The rose gold is gorgeous, but you need to go with your gut. If you’re just not feeling it, make sure you’re set on the other ring before purchasing, otherwise you may again end up with ring regret.

Your rose gold is beautiful! Stick with it.

So i am biased because my ring is almost exactly (even down to the metal type) like the one you are thinking of changing to, but the rose gold one is also really gorgeous. Are you just regretting the gold color? I mainly wear white metals so I knew I definitely wanted platinum when I looked for my rings. Can you just keep the ring you have now and have it rhodium plated? It doesn’t cost all that much and then if you STILL have ring regret then you can go ahead and change the ring. I really think that maybe the color will change your mind and when you have your wedding band(s) it will add that side stone sparkle you are looking for.

I love the rose gold!! I vote keep 🙂

I love the rose gold. I think it’s so beautiful and it looks lovely on your skin tone. The design of the ring is classic enough that I think the rose gold looks romantic instead of trendy.

They’re both really pretty, and strangers on a forum shouldn’t tell you what to get. If you can exahcnge it and you want to, then go ahead. But they both are seriously gorgeous.

In a rose gold fan as I have one myself. I noticed the new one your looking at has a micro pave band. Is it the color that your unsure of or the plain band?
Adding diamonds to the band may make the rose gold more subtle or you could get the best of both worlds Personally I like your current ring but if it’s an easy, cost effective switch then do it and get exactly what you want, you’re going to be wearing this a very long time!

I love the second one PP just posted! It would be a great compromise to the rose gold/platinum dilemma.
