Hi all, my husband and I used The Knot Newlywed Fund as part of our registry. Our wedding was a month ago on December 29, 2018. We recieved gifts throughout the month of December, yet they have not been deposited by The Knot in our bank account. I’ve updated my bank account information on the website and have contacted customer service but have not gotten a response.
I am wondering if anyone else has had similar issues and if they were resolved? We have $950 in wedding money that we haven’t recieved yet that was going to be used to buy a plane ticket for our honeymoon. I am so frustrated because The Knot doesn’t have any customer service people that I can speak to!
