To be honest, at times my job stresses me out horribly, and when it does, my sex drive is non-existent.

I think he should find a new job just for his own sanity. Plus it will help your problem too I’m sure!

This has been covered – but he needs a new job. 3 years in the work force means you’re both fairly young correct? Or definitely young in your careers. No job is worth any of this. No job. That is something you will both learn with time. I’m 8 years into the work force and just left an excellent job, huge bump in my career, after 3 months because my boss was an *sshole. In the home stretch of wedding planning, I was working 12+ hour days and getting yelled at for things I wasn’t responsible for / had no way of knowing. 2 months into a new job and new company. Eff that. Admittedly, DH’s and my sex life Was almost nonexistent. I don’t normally recommend it, but I’m in a field where finding a new job shouldn’t be TOO difficult. I left the job with nothing else lined up. That’s a bit stressful but I gained an immense amount of perspective and my home life is much better for it. I now know what’s important for my next job / career move.
