We’ve used the TCOYF (FAM method) approach to avoid for almost 5 months.  When we start TTC in the next couple of months, we’re going to stop charting to try a more relaxed approach initially, but if it doesn’t work soon we’ll start using it to conceive.

Am currently using BBT/temping to try to get pregnant. I took a cycle off of regular charting and got pregnant, then lost it…so I’m back to charting. I think it’s fun and interesting though. Amazing the cycles your body goes through.

We’ve been sort of using FAM or a year now to TTA… hoping to use the opposite rules to TTC soon. I find temping really confusing (shift work) so I track cervical fluid. I find it’s pretty reliable.
