That’s a lot of look. Either be so avant garde that you can pull this off (I think Lady Gaga could), or lose the veil or the sleeves. All the pieces overpower each other unless you have the fashion sense to pull it off, which Nicky Hilton does not.

It’s like a lace doily vomited on Nicky Hilton.

I love the dress.  I agree with pp about the veil being a little too much though.  It is definitely an improvement from her first wedding.

To be honest, my I opened my jaws wide open when I saw the pictures on yahoo. I thought the dress looked beautiful and royal. It reminded me of Grace Kelly’s dress. I am surprised many bees are not a fan. Jus saying😄

It looks like a lace ball with a head on top. I am all for classy but this is major overkill.

I appreciate that she was going for something classy, but it’s just too much.

The cut of the dress is beautiful. There is WAY to much lace everywhere. Could be worse though.

Why did she wrap herself in a tablecloth like a mummy?? Hate it.

I think it fit her venue better than say a low cut mermaid would have but agree that that is a lot of lace!  A contasting bouquet would have worked well.  Over all I don’t hate it.

I am surprised how much I actually like Paris’s dress.  But the mob?  Yikes!!

Love the turtleneck look (I know, I’m one of the few that do and I’m stubbornly searching for one of my own…very hard to find) but I think the all-over-lace overshadows it!

Still, I’m impressed with her intent to keep it classy.

I don’t mind the dress, but she looks absolutely miserable. i know it’s probably just a bad shot, but the look on her face makes me think she couldn’t wait to get out of that dress

soontobewilson:  Did you see that Say Yes to the Dress episode with the turtleneck girl? She only wears turtleneck IRL and wanted a dress to match. Her mom/friends/consultant try to talk her out of it or show her dresses with higher necklines but she is NOT HAVING IT and insists on a turtleneck. In the end she finds a dress and it was really lovely!

Overall, I think it’s beautiful.  I agree that the neckline could have been better though.
