I’ll be sleeping in the same cabin we’re spending our wedding night in – but with my bridesmaids! Our wedding is semi-destination (almost 2 hours from home with many out of town guests), so most people are staying out there. Fiance has a cabin with his groomsmen which he will switch out for my bridesmaids on the wedding night.

We stayed apart and with family and both had trouble with non-family wedding party flaking out on us.  His groomsmen decided to go back to a hotel where their college friends were instead of staying with him at his parents house (where the wedding was, and he was helping set up for while we got ready), but he had cousins and his bros at home so he still had fun and got the last few things that needed to be set up done without them.

I stayed with my mom and sisters at the hotel.  The other bridesmaids were at the hotel too so said they’d have a bit of girly time to relax before they went back to their rooms with their SO’s but the one was dating a jerk who decided it was a good idea to leave the rehersal dinner early to go to a bar and so the other friend bm and her husband went with them too so they wouldn’t be alone or something.  But then they kept calling until like 1 am saying why won’t you come out to the bar with us.  First, it was like well….I’m at our rehearsal dinner where you should still be with the free alcohol, around old friends you get to see too infrequently anymore instead of with strangers at a bar.  Then once I got back to the hotel it’s like I’m getting married tomorrow, had enough to drink, not going out to the bar just bc that’s where your piece o’crap boyfriend insists on being.  That was something I had to just roll my eyes at and let go so I wasn’t pissed off at them at the wedding.

Still love my bm and really happy that she’s since broken up with piece o’crap boyfriend but I’m glad I had my mom and sisters there and didn’t rely on the flaky friends other wise I would have felt sad and lonely the night before the wedding because there was no way I wanted to be bar hopping the night before my wedding.

I stayed in a hotel room with my mom and Maid/Matron of Honor. We weren’t living together, but our house was almost an hour away from where we got married and the hotel was like 3 minutes away from the church.

Me and my Fiance will be parting ways after rehearsal dinner the prior night. Or so the plan is currently! Where will the Fiance go, that is also yet to be determined. haha!

My husband and I had our wedding in our home, but I slept upstairs in the guest bedroom with my Maid/Matron of Honor and he slepted downstairs in our main bedroom.  Then we got together for breakfast in the morning and split up – he went to play video games until his Best Man arrived, and I took over the master bathroom for hair and makeup.

My best friend’s wedding, she’s staying in a hotel the night before and he’s staying at the house they rented for friends.  They weren’t able to only book the hotel for ONE night, so she’s staying there the night before and they’ll stay there together on the wedding night.

We stayed in a hotel room together the night before (venue was far away from our apartment), but I got up earlier than he did to go and get ready. I did leave him a sweet note to read when he got up. I wouldn’t have slept at all if I had stayed with anyone else!

I’m staying with my parents the night before.  My Fiance won’t see me until I walk down the aisle!
