All my planning has been going great. I like to think that I’m not stressed as nothing has been going wrong. I’m following my checklists to a T. The only thing I’m slacking with are the Programs. And mainly I feel like it’s no big deal to me if there’s programs or not. The only thing is Nightmares. The wedding is a month and 7 days away and I have not been able to get a full nights sleep in a week! Nightmares are everything from the Ceremony starting without me to arriving at the Church and the Flowers are ripped apart and thrown everywhere. One of the Nightmares I had even gotten married to my Fiance before our actual wedding date and idk it was just weird.
I’m so grumpy in the mornings and not to mention exhausted. Does anyone else experience this?! And how can I make it stop?! I’m thinking I’m just going to go to my Doctor and see if there’s drugs he can give me lol

oh man girl that doesn’t sounds like fun at all! I had a few nightmares durring wedding planning but they were mainly the week of and about really rediculious things… I even posted one of them on here about a group of bears crashing the party and eating all the cake… It was terrible. BUT it didn’t happen and thankfully so.
You are a month away and it sounds like you are on the ball. Is there any way you can give your self a 48 hour no thinking about weddings pause? Maybe your brain is just weddinged out.
Best of luck

I think that the best thing to do is put the wedding out of your mind at least an hour before bed and do something relaxing. Take a bath, read a book, anything that makes you relax. Drink something decaf and warm sometimes helps too, maybe even try some lavender scent around you, that is supposed to hit the relaxation centers of the brain. These things are pretty normal, like I said I think that just putting it out of your mind some how is the best prescription.
