(Closed) Nightmares?

oh man girl that doesn’t sounds like fun at all! I had a few nightmares durring wedding planning but they were mainly the week of and about really rediculious things… I even posted one of them on here about a group of bears crashing the party and eating all the cake… It was terrible. BUT it didn’t happen and thankfully so. 

You are a month away and it sounds like you are on the ball. Is there any way you can give your self a 48 hour no thinking about weddings pause? Maybe your brain is just weddinged out.

I think that the best thing to do is put the wedding out of your mind at least an hour before bed and do something relaxing.  Take a bath, read a book, anything that makes you relax. Drink something decaf and warm sometimes helps too, maybe even try some lavender scent around you, that is supposed to hit the relaxation centers of the brain.   These things are pretty normal, like I said I think that just putting it out of your mind some how is the best prescription.
