I went to bed early last night, but I wasn’t in a good mood (hubby & I were having issues), so I just lay there for awhile being pissed off before I finally conked out. Then I kept waking up ALL NIGHT due to nightmares & every time I woke up I would realize that a spot on my tongue was hurting really bad (aggravated taste bud maybe?), and I guess it was making me drool (sorry ladies, but it’s true) so that was gross. So needless to say, sleep was miserable & when my alarm went off at 7 am so I could go work out, I shut it off & went back to sleep cuz exercise was NOT happening this morning. Then I get to work, almost late & dragging butt from being tired, so I used part of my break up to go get some coffee & while I was at the store I caved in & got a (huge) chocolate chip muffin (I’ve done really good this week with my diet, until today). Work is stressing me out today & instead of resisting the snacks like I have been all week, I have eaten more than my fair share. Besides the muffin I have had a chocolate mousse pudding & a bowl of popcorn.
But, in my defense, the pudding was sugar free.

Sorry you had a bad day and night last night! If it makes you feel better, I’ve also been doing bad with my diet (or should I call it a lifestyle change) I just have no motivation right now..I blame it on the cold weather!! Hope you have sweet dreams tonight and lay off the sweets!! Lets get back on the wagon…eeekkkss!

Yes, getting back on the wagon sounds like a great plan to me! I haven’t had any motivation lately either.. It probably does have something to do with the weather. Getting up in the am to go the the gym when it’s 30 degrees (or less) is not on my top 10 list of fun things to do. I don’t like working out anyway, and the only time I can really do it is in the morning before work, otherwise I wouldn’t get to spend any time with hubby through the week.

Everyone needs a big yummy chocolate chip muffin every once in a while, especially in the middle of January!! I was having a bad day yesterday too, but I felt a lot better now that the sun was out today. I bet you’ll feel more motivated as spring comes. Also, when I’m really tired and I get a tension headache, chocolate is the ONLY thing that will make it go away,
