This is happening in my region tonight: http://www.niagarafallstourism.com/eyeon/nik-wallenda/ . It’s pretty much all anyone can talk about. Not looking forward to the traffic that will be on the highway when I get out of work. Anyone going to watch in on ABC?

I’m getting married tomorrow, so I’m sure I’ll have no time to watch it…but it’s all over the morning news today!
I would definitely want to watch it if he didn’t need the harness.. lol. Does that make me a bad person?

There’s all kinds of chatter about whether or not he’ll ditch it. Apparently ABC says they won’t pay him if he ditches it, but he’s actually concerned that it will make his walk *less* safe. So I wonder if he’s thinking more in terms of valuing his safety more than the money. Honestly I think most people (around here anyway) will be watching BECAUSE of the risk he might fall..people love a good drama.
Also, YAY for getting married tomorrow urchin! Hope it’s all you dreamed.

He actually made it in half hr and Canadian border asked for his passport upon arrival – Lol I find it hilarious!
On the real note, he is so inspiring. I love how he’s encouraging ppl nothing seemed to be impossible if you’re willing.
Anyway he’s now got a permission to work on grand canyon next- something to look forward to!
