How far from Philly away from the Jersey direction would you go?

There are a lot of nice areas in PA.

Plymouth Meeting, PA is a nice area near malls, hospitals, and lots of bars. Close to Conshohocken as well which is a fun place. It’s definitely not the countryside though.

Phoenixville, PA and Doylestown, PA are nice area with a good amount of fun bars/restaurants. Collegeville, PA is also a great area.

Some small towns that are more quiet/farmy in some areas are Schwenksville, Macungie, Quakertown, Harleysville, Perkasie, Chalfont, Souderton.

All of those towns listed above are within an hour and a half driving distance to Philadelphia, most being an hour and under.

Hope that helped a little 🙂

I would also recommend checking out Lancaster, Kennett Square, and Chadds Ford.

Are you in nNewark? Do you want to stay north of philly?  I live inside city lines and I love it. But if it’s not for you I would check out bucks county if you want to stay ncloser to jersey. Places like fairless hills, pennsbury, new hope, yardley, newtown, richboro.  Places to avoid: croydon, bristol

on the other side of the city You have Plymouth meeting, Lafayette hill, conshohocken but avoid norristoWn.
