I am assuming you want to stay near Northern Jersey the most so I’m not really sure where to look, but I wanted to wish you the best of luck.  It seems like you have a lot of choices!

@CM326: Have you seen the Molly Pitcher Inn (Red Bank)?

I’m not sure if you are flexible on your date, but it may meet your requirements.  We had friends get married there on an unpopular date and they got a bunch of discounts.

Also the Nassau Inn (Princeton): might be a little too far from NYC but close to the train. http://www.nassauinn.com/   Went to a wedding here and it was very nice.

Finally, the Olde Mill Inn (Basking Ridge): http://www.oldemillinn.com/

I am pretty sure all 3 places are flexible in pricing and could potnetially be in your budget.  Olde Mill Inn may require a higher minimum than 125 though (at least for Sautrday).

Good luck!

I am going through the same, thing i want to stay at 100 dollars or under, and looking for a place in jersey that is also close to a hotel just because i have lil ones in the wedding party that i know the babysitter would go back to hotel with them, I looked at the Oyster Point Hotel and it was 165 dollars and that is a bit too much for me.

@Melis324: Have you looked into the Atlantis Ballroom at the Holiday Inn in Toms River?  They are around $85 pp.

Nanina’s in the Park in Belleville is GORGEOUS… is $240 a head for a Saturday night affair but is $110 for Sundays and its packages are fantastic. Give it a look!

Hey ladies- just want to put this out there- but a few girls in my office are from NJ and recently got married. We compiled information on ALL of their venues (mostly in NJ) but some also in the tri-state. It has info on over 55 vendors and is a hell of a great resource to at least see if something might be within your budget.  Its in an excel spreadsheet format. PM me your email address and I’m happy to send it over to you!
