<div>My fiance and I are looking to get married in October of 2021. We are in Morristown, NJ and are willing to travel up to two hours. Our budget is $20,000 for the venue (less would be nice). We are looking to have no more than 125 people to keep the cost down. We both do not the like big ballrooms with “gaudy” chandeliers or legitimate barns. We have looked at Perona Farms Reserve, The Ryland Inn, The Stone House at Stirling Ridge since those are out style. They are out of our budget ($130 pp w/o taxes and gratuity) and the only one that was in our budget that we liked was The Hamilton Manor and The Mansion at Mountain Lakes. We could not meet the minimums for Friday or Sunday. We are open to a Friday, but Saturday is ideal and most venues have 150 minimum. I know The Knot does not have EVERY venue, so any suggestions would be great. I really like that industrial chic look (wood floors, bright rooms, brick, etc.)</div>

What about the farmhouse? We got married at ryland inn and looked there too. It’s definitely cheaper but I can’t remember by how much

Olde Mill Inn Basking Ridge
What about a park setting? Willowood Arboretum/Bamboo Brook has weddings and it’s beautiful.

Have you looked at The Madison Hotel? We are getting married there Nov 2020 in the Conservatory. We didn’t want the big ballroom either and this may be a good option for you!

Thank you for the suggestions! The Ryland Inn is $255/pp . They have done major upgrades, but that is too much for a wedding in my mind.

Have you checked out smithville inn, the mainland, 618 restaurant , Parker’s Garage, the daymark, or brant beach yacht club? I didn’t get married locally in Jersey but they’re all great wedding venues and I think they’re somewhat reasonable.

Our venue is about 1 hour from your town. We loved the outdoor ceremony space!

Have you looked at Crossed Keys Estate? Also, the owners of Ryland and Stone House have other properties which I think are cheaper, but some are in PA:
