(Closed) no alcohol on the invites

I think that is something that you let people know through word of mouth, email, etc.  I don’t think it needs to be stated on the invite.

I think as long as people know the reception is being held at the church they’ll assume there won’t be alcohol.

Yeah…I wouldn’t put that on the invite.  I’d let people know by word of mouth or if you really want people to have the heads up, you could (if you’re creating one) say something on your website.

I agree with Jo.Lee: if the reception is in a church, people will probably know that there will be no booze.

I wholeheartedly agree with PPs. If the reception is in the church, it would be obvious to me that alcohol would not be included. If you have a website, add it in there, otherwise, spread by word of mouth.

I agree with PP, the location of the reception makes it clear that there will not be alchol.
