We are having at 7pm ceremony on the grounds of a beautiful farm, followed by some outdoor lawn games (weather permitting). We will then be heading into the barn for toasts, slide show, cake cutting and first dance (then the party really begins!).
Even though we are not having a dinner, we want guests to be comfortable during speeches etc so we will have enough tables and seating for everyone. We will not be having a head table, but instead a sweetheart table (we will reserve one for our parents and grandpartents).
Right now, I am looking for a creative way to let my guests know that there is no seating plan. I would like to make a little sign of some kind, but I haven’t found wording that I like yet.
I have seen this all over, and am looking for something different. Any thoughts?

We didn’t have assigned seating … I think one of my brother’s said to everyone.. seat yourselves.
You’re not having a dinner and there are speaches? why are they sitting down if there’s no food?

@HisIrishPrincess: Sorry I meant to include that we are having a massive dessert bar, I think we have almost 100 items that we will be serving.
We have 150 guests, so I want to have something written instead of relying on someone to spread the word.

I found this wording after I made my sign. I wish I would have seen this first “Friends of the bride, friends of the groom, sit together, there is plenty of room”
but here is the sign I DIY

@Curly W: Wonderful job on the sign, it looks fantastic!
I LOVE the other wording you mentioned. Thank you!
