I’ve never come across any videos of this, but we do not have any bridal party either (which, btw, one of the best wedding decisions we made).

I know this doesn’t exactly answer your question, but try not to worry so much about how it looks.  You’re wedding does not need to fit within the cookie-cutter mold that is most weddings (i.e., everyone is used to watching 5 bridesmaids walk down the aisle in matching dresses carrying matching flowers; and then comes the bride).

It’s a good thing that there isn’t really an example that you get to follow with your ceremony — it means that it’s not going to be ordinary and predictable. Instead, it will be unique and truly yours.

@FutureMrsLAL:  +1.

We’re not having a bridal party, either. In our Jewish ceremony, FH will be escorted down the aisle by his parents, then I will be escorted by mine. I think it fits very well with our intimate, personal wedding. 🙂

Your guests will totally appreciate it.  I also think it enhances the fact that a ceremony should be focused on the commitment your making, not the performance spectacle.

And shaynapunim made a good indication about parents escorting.  You could start the ceremony by your immediate families walking to their seats to music if you want to.
