I love how my rings are contrasting with my cream colored skirt today.

amandajane4949 :  I’m so sorry about the loss of your sweet pup.

I took a “family” rings pic the other day when I was waiting for my daughter.

twright4770 :  Your set is gorgeous! May I ask, are you happy with your experience with 10k gold? I keep returning to a ring I love but is only available in 10k and I can’t find much information in terms of discoloration especially. And most people in my circle claim it’s not “real gold” if it’s lower than 14k and it will tarnish…

betyl :  is your ring from Duyguokut jewellery? I remember your ring from another thread here and it was about rings in Turkey. A friend from work who’s bf is Turkish was showing me their insta and I’m sure yours is one of their designs laughing

gingerbee1 :  Wow you’re really attentive. Yes it is their design.  (Burcu not Duygu)  But my fiance had it made to their family jeweller.

Vivika :  Thanks for the love ♥  I say if you keep coming back to a certain ring, then that’s the ring you want and should get it!

I am EXTREMELY happy with 10k gold. Not sure why someone would think that just because its 10K means its not real gold?  10k vs 14k vs 18k simply indicates the amount of gold mixed with other metals.  In fact, the lesser gold content means its more durable.  10k makes for a harder ring, and doesnt bend or scratch easily at all. Thats probably why I love it the most. I used to have a white gold band and I got soooo tired of polishing the fine scratches out of it.  1oK gold also does not peel, fade or tarnish. I mean, I could see that if the ring was “plated” but if it is solid gold you will have no problems. I recently (finally) got my forever wedding band for Christmas, after going through a few options, and its 10k rose gold. The rose color is created by the amount of copper thats mixed with the yellow gold. So it will never peel or fade because it is indeed solid gold. And it also will never need re-dipped like (rhodium) white gold.

Heres a photo for you. Good luck on your hunt. I would love to see the ring you wanna get!
