I am a Friday 11-11-11 bride. We thought of doing a late ceremony, and then decided against it. We just sent out STD’s 8 months in advance so our guests had plenty of time to plan for it. We are having a 3 pm ceremony till about 4 and then guests show up at the reception location at 5 pm for cocktail hour. Reception starts 6-11 pm.

Another Friday bride here. I’m doing a 6pm ceremony, 7pm cocktail hour, 8-midnight dinner and dancing (all in the same place). I’m super paranoid I won’t have enough dancing time.

We are having cermony and reception at the same place as well!  Cermony is at 6:30…which will only take about 10 minutes ๐Ÿ™‚  And then dinner and party!!

I’m getting married 11/13, so 5 days before. BUT, November 18 is my birthday! It is also Mickey Mouse’s (Minnie & Goofy’s) Birthday or the first time they aired.

I’ll be on my honeymoon that day, but it’s gonna be amazing all around.

@LOGAHN1981: It’s going to be a plated dinner. I think I can squeeze more time out if the ceremony doesn’t run long and starts on time.

I’m doing a Friday ceremony as well (7/20).  We’re starting at 5 pm and going til 1 am.

Most of my friends are teachers, so I don’t think it will be a problem.
