Well, there prob is a dress twin somewhere out there…I haven’t found one wither, but I haven’t been searching.  Actually, I’ve only met one other bee who had the same designer as me even.

I haven’t seen my dress either! I rarely even see the same designer! We’re just ahead of our time,  I guess!

No dress twin here…my dress is one-of-a-kind. :). I didn’t think I cared, but it’s kind of fun to think about.

Ronneykay,

You actually do have a dress twin. It’s not me, but I remember it because she was the only other Elizabeth Darcy person I could find.

Her name is Miss Skinner. I dont know if she still has pictures up.

BUT, she is the ONLY other person I’ve seen with it..so theres that..lol

It’s a lovely dress, congrats.

I don’t have a dress twin on these boards either.  BUT… when it came in and I went to tried it on…  A girl walked out with my dress on!! She was in her second round of alterations. I couldn’t stop staring at her, it was awesome to be able to see it hemmed and bustled. IMO it looks better on me 🙂

Well, you were THIS close to having a dress twin. I contemplated that one! Looks awesome on you!

I have multiple dress twins irl & one that I know of on wb, and actually LOVED that my dress was so popular because I could see plenty of ‘real’ women in it online. I have a folder on my pc that has nothing but other people in my dress 🙂

@Ronneykay: I can understand why you love it so much- it’s gorgeous!!

It’s a great feeling. I’ve never even seen my designer mentioned on here, let alone anyone with my particular drerss. Even when I google my dress, the only links that come up are to my designer’s website and bridal shops that sell his line. It’s the advantage of picking an obscure (to the US) designer. I love it!

To answer your question to PennyDreadful, yes, Kathy Ireland and Elizabeth Darcy are the same, and are part of Mon Cheri Bridals. The line is also called 2Be Bride.

I haven’t found a dress twin and I kind of doubt I will. That makes me happy. Though logically of *course* someone out there has the same dress as I do. Just haven’t seen it on the boards or IRL.
