We are having our rehearsal dinner in a mountain town and the restaurant choices are kind of limited. We want to go with a Mexican restaurant.
We can choose from a menu that runs $14 per person or a menu that runs $20 per person. Each menu gives each person the choice between about 8 entrees. However, if we have over 25 people at the rehearsal dinner, we cannot go with either of these options. We are forced to do either a taco bar (buffet) or a fajita bar (buffet) or fajitas served tableside. This runs about $17 per person.
We are not concerned with the prices or anything. I’m worried about possibly being over 25 people and being stuck with a fajita bar (that would probably be our choice). We like fajitas, but I’m worried our guests will not like NOT having the option of entrees.
Thoughts? Would a fajita bar be ok? Or should we find a different restaurant? There’s a chance we could have under 25 people, but it’s going to be close.
