A fajita bar sounds delicious and most people will eat whatever is in front of them with no complaints. It’s not necessary to offer choices if you can’t afford to.

I have to say, we just had a work party in December. We had a burrito bar. Basically people had no complaints and just picked and chose what they liked.

I loved it!

I wouldn’t worry.

I think it sounds yummy. Don’t worry about not having entree choices.

I think it sounds fantastic.  You can’t always please everyone, I say go for it.

I agree, it sounds great.  Who doesn’t love fajitas??  I don’t think people will mind not having a choice of entrees.  It’s understandable when you’re hosting a big group.
