So my Fiance and I are getting married in a National Park. We are from Canada, and our destination wedding will be in California. When I talked to the park about getting a permit they said they do not allow real flowers except the bouquet. I am totaly fine with this because we didnt’t want a lot of flowers anyways and wanted to keep it very natural BUT I DID want to have these shepard hooks with mason jars and wild flowers at the end of each bench. Any recommendations on an alternitive? Here is a picture of the flower idea I had in mind, and a photo of the park area we are getting married at.

What about using dried flowers just as pictured … or using pomanders?

What about a lantern, or some cool rocks?

Gorgeous venue! I’d do the hooks with something earthy like woven wicker balls or rustic lanterns.

If you put artificial flowers inside a lantern, no one will know the difference. Ikea has some very inexpensive lanterns.

WOW! Thanks ladies! I love all of these ideas! Especially the lantern idea! I am still going to try for an earthy look though 🙂
