do you want something that’s similar to Mason? What ARE you interested in, if not classic?
if you want something similar to Mason, what about Maxwell? Or something along those lines – it’s hard to give you advice with such vague perimeters.

@ms.melli: What’s wrong with Mason? Please don’t tell me that it’s beacuse of the Masons!! I like that name. I heard Lane the other day and just added it to our list.

..names are hard, and I don’t get how someone would have something bad to say about a name…I think the only one beyond repair is Damien. If you like Mason, there’s Meryl, Micah…or if your attracted to the ‘s’ sound in the middle and the ease of two syllables something like, Bishop might work…it all hinges on the last name too…and I don’t recommend sharing that…but it helps to put it all together and see how it works, it’s one thing for a name to be cute and interesting for a toddler, but remember, that name has to follow around and adult too!

Some not-so-popular names that I enjoy:
- Zane (probably using this as a middle)
I don’t see anything wrong with Mason, aside from it getting more popular lately!

What girl’s names do you like? That might give us an idea of your style.
I’m surprised you’ve had such a negative reaction to Mason – it’s the #2 most popular name right now.

@iheartnerds: I love Declan! Very popular here in Ireland, with Colin of course 🙂
@rubyred605: That exact spelling of Theodore is my sisters son’s name and it’s adorable. Byron is pretty nice, I keep thinking of Lord Byron.
Everybody has so many pretty names! 😀
I googled names pretty quickly now, and saw really nice ones for the boys:
