I try to run 3 days a week, and I have a killer ab workout from Tammy Lee Webb. Try looking her up through google…you might find something!

I try to get outside and walk/run.  And I do yoga a few days a week, check out yogajournal.com for some really great video podcasts.

Walking or running outside can be a great workout.  You can also grab some friends for some outdoor activities–sports, hiking, soccer games, etc.

You can also check out DVDs from your local library (free!) or Netflix.  I’ve also found a lot of great workouts that don’t require gym equipment in Shape Magazine.  Some of my favorite workouts are from the Fitness On Demand part of my digital cable.  They’re free (well, included with the price of cable) and you can change them up each day.

You can also buy some simple supplies at Target or a sporting goods store and recreate many gym workouts–resiststance bands, hand weights, yoga mat, etc.

I play soccer, run (although I haven’t done that in a LONG while), and play on my wii fit!  It’s so much fun – although probably not the best workout Smile

I go on hikes with my dog, but also my mister and I have recently started doing the P90X workout (him more than me, I’m easing in). You don’t need the gym, and holy crap is it hard.  A lot of the exercises are online, so if you can’t splurge for the 13 DVDs, then just google it and I’m sure you’ll find lots of stuff!

I’m a Wii Active kind of girl.  It really kicks your butt and it’s easy to fit in my busy work/school schedule

Price gym memberships =]. One place went from $50 and kept knocking the price down. It’s a big bargaining thing! I got mine down to $20 a month with no start-up fee. I don’t really work out unless it’s at the gym…i’d probably spend so much money buying all the equipment I like, anyways!

I have a Wii…why do I never use it? Ugh.

i’m a turbo-jam junkie! as a matter of fact, it wasn’t until i started doing turb-jam at home, that i decided to cancel my gym membership. i also do yoga twice a week at my local junior college. i have my degree already, but $100 for roughly 30 yoga sessions is much cheaper than most yoga studios. if there’s a junior college near you, you should check out what kind of fitness classes they offer. mine offers everything from swimming, to golf, to ballet!

At the moment, I’m just doing Slim In Six (I believe it’s produced by the same people that do PX90).  But I always throw in some Zumba DVDs from some variety.  I love Zumba….I just wish I could look as cool as the people on the DVD. lol

I used to run/walk around my neighborhood, and I also prefer the home DVDs to work out too…even if I DO feel a little cheesy doing them!

I just boought the book Buff Brides by Sue Fleming and so far it’s great! I got it on Amazon for about $10.  It is actually tailored to doing it in your house so this would be perfect for you.
