Have you tried theknot.com?

I love their checklist and have used it throughout this planning process!

What kind of decorations do they have?  Do you want anything that they don’t have, or are you okay just using what they have.  First I would make sure you have a good idea what you want to do for centerpieces & for decor at the head table (if you are having one).  How about a guest book?  Also you need to plan for a gift table and card boxes.  People love etiable favors.  If you want something fairly easy to put together how about a candy buffet for favors?  You could find candies that are the colors of the wedding.  They look really sharp.  Or some candy at a bowl at each table?  Are you planning on having a photobooth?  Also how many people are you planning for?

When planning my reception I started with a general theme, and everything just kind of came together from there.  I still haven’t done anything with programs- and I would wait on this one.  You still have a lot of time and stuff came change.  I would take care of this one closer to the date.

I second The Knot. It may look very overwhelming but if you start early you should be set.

I’ve heard great things about theknot.com, but I’m not familiar with it since I haven’t been using it. I’ve been using http://www.weddingwire.com, which also has checklists and lets you make inspiration boards based on thousands of pictures they have in their own collection (or you can insert your own) so that you can start getting a sense of what images, colors, themes, you might like.

@lizarragad:  Personally I think disposible cameras are so over priced and since pretty much everyone carries a cell phone which can take better pictures then why bother. I would suggest a different favor there are tons of options out there and lots of good ideas on here. We are providing a photo CD with our thank you cards with all the photos of our wedding weekend (cost 1.50 including professionally printed label, we got a good deal).
