Wow that is LUCKY! That almost never happens. I hope this cancellation is permament and not a postponement or that they change their mind soon!! YAY!

Glad to hear the happy news! After three months of dating Fiance he was supposed to be deployed to Afghanistan for 8 months! I braced myself, wrote sad poetry, told him I’d stick by, and just two short months before he was scheduled to go, it got canceled!!! Now we are getting married. It was Christmas time when we found out about the cancellation, and I truly believe it was a gift from God 🙂

Wow!  That is such great news!  I am really hoping I get that lucky!  My fiancee should be getting out of the military right around our one year wedding anniversary, but we have been told that there is still the chance he can be stop lossed…which means another long, stressful, and hard deployment 🙁  Let’s hope we’ll be as lucky as you!
