I’m on day 2 of eating WAY more healthy foods and I feel better already. I haven’t been sleeping well lately but I’m surprised by how much energy I have! Next step, back to the gym after… a month? off.

Today for dinner I had a green salad with halibut. mmm mmm! I also had cheese and crackers and probably a few too many chips, but the only other meal I had today was some soup.
