You just need to stop pressing it and relax. Give him some time to do it on his own, try to focus on other things in the meantime.

Bee, it makes so much sense that you feel deflated. You were – understandably so – excited by his statement that he had a proposal planned! And, I learned from a similar conversation with my own SO this past week that our boys really value surprising us. I wonder if your SO may not want to let on any further information about his plans. I know it’s hard, but try your best to sit back and trust that he is planning something grand for you!

Yeep :  he has something planned for you and he’s decided what the surprise is. He’s keeping it a surprise so he’s saying he has some ideas to throw you off guard. Start the countdown bee! 🙂
