@worriedconfusedbride:  Okay, well I’m willing to help you look for the best price if you can tell me what you’re looking for and maybe a ballpark price range.

I think you should do maybe tungsten rings for now, and upgrade on an anniversary when you have the money! My husband and I both have tungsten ones.. They are wonderful, and mine cost $12. Now that we can afford it, we are getting me an engagement ring I chose.. And, will get nice wedding bands in another year or so. My husband actually just wants another tungsten ring in maybe black, cause he loves his.. I say go the cheaper route for now. And, upgrade for your 1 year or 5 year anniversary! That’ll be super special..

And, I totally get wanting a ring for the wedding. I know some people don’t think it is such a big deal, but for me, I wanted rings on my finger to show my commitment. So, I get that. I would just do cheaper. 🙂

@worriedconfusedbride:  I see your point. I just know alot of married men dont wear rings so maybe thats his way of saying he doesn’t. I think its a good option to look into cheaper rings untill you guys feel that it is affordable. There are plenty of tungsten rings. My Future Brother-In-Law got his ring for $15- mainly because he didnt want to wear a ring so my Future Sister-In-Law went cheap because why spend alot if ur not going to wear it…. Anyway, I think looking into those options are good. Also my Future Sister-In-Law got her ring at some all eternity ring website. It was on the cheaper side too. All diamond eternity ring. Sorry but I cant remember the name.

@worriedconfusedbride:  his reasonsing is really silly. after you spend 10k or whatever, what’s another 200 or 500 for a wedding ring? that’s not something i would be willing to sacrifice.

this half diamond eternity band is made of 14k gold, available in white, yellow or rose gold and is 350 on etsy!

I don’t have a wedding band either, I was afraid that we’d just have to do without and have my fiance just put my engagement ring on me for the exchange of rings and maybe get the band for our 1 yr anniversary or valentines day next year or something. I didn’t realize you could buy cheap stand in bands…. I think I’m gonna look into that because it would def. solve that problem!

@worriedconfusedbride:  Ugh. You have a tough situation. I mean (for me) a wedding band at the actual wedding, it’s to signify the start of your marriage… Maybe you could get a couple less expensive bands for the wedding and then when you get your nice rings later you can keep the others as a momento. I think Walmart has them pretty cheap.
