The Maid/Matron of Honor and Bridesmaid or Best Man will have them. I’m pretty sure that’s who has them anyways, and ringbearers are just for show?

Needless to say, we aren’t having one.

The Best Man will hold onto them.  I wouldn’t trust a 4 year old with them anyways.

Do you have the Best Man carry both out or just have them in his pocket?

Agreeded with PPs. The Best Man will have the rings. I do have a ringbearer, but he will not have the rings. Would never trust it

The Bridesmaid or Best Man and Maid/Matron of Honor are just going to hold on to them..I dont think the Ring Bearer even carries the rings!

Maid/Matron of Honor will have his attached to her bouquet (right before the ceremony so it doesn’t get lost) and Bridesmaid or Best Man will have mine in his pocket.

Honestly I can’t remember where the rings were (I think Mr. HC’s brother was holding them?) but we definitely did not have a ring bearer, I know that.

Our best man. My Maid/Matron of Honor will probably safe keep my Engagement Ring for the ceremony.

We’re going to hold them. I’ll have his and he’ll have mine.

Nope, don’t have a ring bearer.  FI’s little sister (she’s about 13 and will be in the same matching color, not dress, as the MOH) – she’ll be carrying them along with flowers in her hair (flower girl/ring bearer?  Who knows!! lol)  and she’ll have them on a sand dollar.

No ring bearer or flower girl for me either – in fact, no kids at all (yay!) for the event.  I might try to come up with some clever ways for the rings to come to us though. I saw a gorgeous wedding in a blog somewhere (stylemepretty?) where they put the rings on a string that went the entire length of the aisle and attached to the back of the first and last chairs.  When it was time, every person sitting on the aisle seat got a hand in pushing the ring forward toward the bride and groom, eventually with them ending up at the mothers’ seats, who then untied the ring and presented to the bride/groom.

I’d imagine this takes some planning to make sure (1) that the string is tied enough so it doesn’t come loose and the ring flies off on the floor, (2) that someone actually attaches the rings to the cord and the cord to the chair right before the ceremony, and (3) that there is someone sitting in every seat against the aisle.  But kinda clever, IMO.
