Well… I came home from new York with a naked hand and an empty wallet! We looked at rings but nothing really jumped out as an obvious sign. HMPH! Although the city was beautiful…

Awww sorry to hear that…at least you had a good time there together though!
How awesome that you looked at rings though?! I wish!! I’m sure you’ll find something you adore, what style are you looking for?
Awe… Sorry to hear that, but at least you looked at rings.
you looked at rings together? that sounds fun. i had a blast when i went. maybe that means you’ll get to go again to find something you like. was it that you didn’t find the style you liked? or did you not like what you thought you would?
vanilla… what did you get to do and see while you were in NYC?
Im jealous vanilla!! Im have never been to NYC and am waiting til January to ring “browse” youre one up on me at least 😉
I remember how disappointed I was after a romantic weekend – hoping for the ring – and then the slight disappointment after coming home ringless. Just remember to enjoy spending time together. In the long run, that’s what counts!
Awwwww bummer! I’m so sorry, but at least you had a good time! I LOVE NYC and wish we could make a trip there soon. But no dice on that one.
At least you got too look though, and especially in NYC! I’ve never been to NYC or looked for an engagement ring! Lol I just got one! I’m sure you will find something you like, or you could just build your own. Best of Luck!
we didn’t officially “look” at rings… it was more browsing, but we’ve done a lot of inernet “i like this, not that” over the past few months. New york was beautiful and we had a really great time. His family was with us.
Let’s all keep our fingers crossed ladies and hopefully we’ll all have a great christmas!
where did you look in nyc? a couple of months back my mom and i were there and she insisted on looking through the jewelry district. we went to maybe one store and then this little market with multiple booths/vendors, and i only saw two rings i liked. well, i mean, i saw a ton of rings i liked, but when it comes to the e-ring i want something that’s going to be comfortable to wear 24/7/365
I went to the city last week too and came back with a naked hand…I feel your pain!
