If you love the dress and feel good in it, it won’t matter if it’s multicolored with tassels…. You will rock it!

Pictures?

It’s a personal preference! I’ve seen several without trains that are still formal. On a plus side it saves in alterations costs and time with photos! I think one of my photographers spent half her time fluffing and straightening out my train

My dress has a train but I don’t want it!! I’m waiting to see a seamstress who will probably charge me a small fortune to remove it!

I felt weird with a train and sure I’ll feel better not fussing about the bottom of the dress getting dirty. I only found one dress to try on that didn’t have a train. It wasn’t the right dress for me but it still felt formal/special/bridal.

Yours will be great I’m sure … post a pic!

you can definitely add a cathedral length veil to add that *special* touch you are looking for IF you feel it is lacking. I personally think a dress can hold its own with or without a train

Nothing wrong with not having a train!  I had the train on my dress removed because it was just too cumbersome to move around in it with the train on.  Took it to a tailor and it looks beautiful.

I don’t think anyone is going to sit there at your wedding saying “well…she doesn’t have a TRAIN on her dress!!  The nerve!!!”  LOL Laughing  If you love your dress and you’re happy with it…then it’s just right for you!

it’s beautiful, formal, and clearly a wedding dress so I think you have no worries 🙂  if anything, a train can be a hassle with photos, dancing, worrying about bustling it

We’re dress twins!  One of the reasons I love this dress is because there is no train.  I don’t think it makes it any less formal, but I do think I’ll be more comfortable all day without it.  And as was said before, no expense to bustle it!

It’s a beautiful dress!  Congrats!

I don’t want a train on my dress and of course it has one!  I am having them cut it off.  It has no beading, no lace, no designs, no nothing on it so they said they would be able to take it off.

If they tell me “We can only bustle it” then I am going to tell them that’s not the dress I want, because the whole reason I finally settled on this dress was because they said they can cut the train off and it had sleeves that I was comfortable with.
