bump. Veils looked not so cute on me. I would like to see others as well!

I didn’t wear a veil. I wore one in my first wedding and it was simply annoying (though pretty). I’m really happy with ym choice not to wear one this time. I had some flowers in my hair.

Well, with a beach wedding I’ve decided that a veil blowing around is just not what I want to deal with. Plus my guy is not really a fan of veils.

@amazingbee: I didn’t care much for veils. I tried one on and that was it! I think they are very pretty on other girls, just not for me!

No-veil bride here.  It was never really an option for me, I’m not a veil girl.

I’m debating on wearing a veil…I do like how they look but I can’t find one that I love.  It will be removed after the cermony/pics anyway…I am thinking of just sticking to other blingy hairpieces/combs…

When I was trying on dresses, I was convinced that I didn’t want a veil.  At the end, it came down to two dresses.  One looked unfinished without a veil, one looked ridiculous with one.  Never thought I was a veil girl either, but it turns out I am for certain dresses 🙂

I was anti-veil – wanted a big flower instead – but my mom really really wanted me to have one; basically, she thinks you’re not a bride if you don’t have one. So, this was the compromise ($30 on Etsy and didn’t give me a bit of bother for my 100 degrees outdoor Texas wedding)….

I wasn’t feeling the traditional veil, so I went for a short one.

I’m wearing a tiara instead!
