So, I am absolutely in love with my e-ring! I love the daintiness of it and the way the center stone doesn’t get lost with the side stones.
I have been trying to find a wedding band that I like, but have yet to find anything that looks good with my e-ring. The rings that I am attracted to are a bit ornate and would look great by themselves. I am thinking of getting an ornate ring to wear to the gym, vacations, etc., but planning on wearing my e-ring alone for the majority of the time. Perhaps I could wear my wedding band on the right hand?
Am I crazy for not wanting a band? Is a wedding band more of a tradition than a necessity?

You’re not crazy at all. I got married with only my e-ring because I didn’t want the matching band and I couldn’t find anything I liked either. My ring is a claddagh which is designed to be flipped around at the wedding to show that I am married, not engaged anymore. But now, of course, I found a half-eternity band that I LOVE and must have. Lol I do plan on wearing that on my right hand, mostly because my claddagh won’t fit on my right hand and I don’t like the idea of sizing it up (heard it weakens the metal) That all said, do whatever you want, you won’t be any less married 🙂

Thanks for your advice! I like the idea of wearing it on my right hand, and on my left hand when I am not wearing my e-ring. 🙂
